FLAPPING JACKS (pancakes/crumpets)

Perfect GLUTEN FREE pancakes

 

PREP TIME:5mins COOK TIME:15mins TOTAL TIME:20mins SERVING:6 PEOPLE

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free flour

3/4 cup granualted sugar

3 eggs

3 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk

2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

1. Mix all dry ingredients together

2. Add the milk and stir and then add the eggs and stir

3. Once all indgredients have been mixed well together set aside

4. Place pan on medium heat

5. Drop a small amount of mixture onto the pan, once side starts to bubble, flip and cook the other side

6. Annnnnnnnnd SERVE………..with melted butter, maple syrup & bacon ;)
